Class Description
Book a job...you’ve booked a job. Book the room, and you’ve given yourself longevity for this career. In the midst of 2020 when our entire industry shut down, I was put on 8 avails, (auditioned for one role and was called back in for a second role -literally casting director calling my cell phone - on 2 separate occasions) and booked 5 commercials. IN TWENTY TWENTY. This is not because I got lucky. It's because long before that, I established myself as a consistent, strong auditioner. In this class, we take an individualized look at both your self tape and in person audition game. Students receive audition material before class, submit their self tape for in-class review and then workshop auditions on our feet. In this workshop, we cover the most frequent commercial audition scenarios and students work material on their feet with feedback from a pro. Get commercial audition guidance from a fellow actor who knows what it's like in the audition room and consistently works in commercials! There is no self tape homework for pre-work for this class. Students receive material during the workshop. |
